Rob is the driving force behind Zuberance’s vision and strategy. He founded Zuberance in February 2007 because he saw a major opportunity for companies to harness the power of Word of Mouth and the Social Web to drive sales. As CEO, Rob is ultimately responsible for all aspects of Zuberance’s business including product, engineering, operations, customer success, and sales and marketing. Rob is a 20-year veteran of Silicon Valley who has played a leadership role in three start-ups including Genuity, which went public in June 2000. Rob was formerly a partner at Regis McKenna Inc., the legendary Silicon Valley marketing and communications firm, where he co-led the global Apple business.

Deep Varma has over 15 years of software engineering experience in the Internet and software industries. Deep is a results-oriented, solution-driven engineering executive with a successful track record of leading and executing engineering teams and projects, driving strategic technology roadmaps and uncovering new business opportunities. Deep enjoys bridging strategic software development and hands-on programming using both local and offshore teams to deliver unparalleled results. Prior to Zuberance, Deep co-founded a SaaS based social business networking company and was part of the Engineering management team at Yahoo!. Deep is Management Graduate from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

Dave Goulden
VP of Product Strategy, Zuberance

Dave brings over 15 years of product management and product marketing, including nine years in online marketing to his role as VP Product for Zuberance. Dave is responsible for all aspects of our product including product strategy; defining and prioritizing the product roadmap and leading and managing the product team. Prior to Zuberance, Dave worked for Claria Corporation, a pioneer in interest-based online advertising. He was most recently VP New Product Initiatives for Claria, but served in various product management and general management capacities during his eight year tenure, including General Manager of Search, responsible for the P&L of a $55mm partnership with Yahoo Search Marketing (formerly Overture Services). Prior to Claria, Dave worked for KPMG as a consultant in their CRM practice, at Intuit on the QuickBooks product team, and headed Marketing for a boutique cigar brand.

Karolyn Anderson
Customer Success Manager, Zuberance, Inc.

Karolyn brings to Zuberance over 15 years experience in online and offline marketing. As Customer Success Manager, her background in email marketing, campaign management, creative design, promotions and social media enable her to provide a strategic and tactical perspective to our customers WOM campaigns.  Prior to Zuberance, Karolyn worked at eBay (Skype) managing customer retention email marketing programs and online advertising. She drove marketing initiatives at several start-ups in the Bay Area and implemented integrated marketing programs for one of Canada’s largest ecommerce retailers, The Brick.com.
